Support helps the Andrea Bocelli Foundation in Italy help hundreds of children in Haiti with the infrastructure they need to live healthy and productive lives. The charitable donation also went to support the Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center in Phoenix with its effort to provide care and treatment to provide care and treatment to Parkinson’s disease patients and their families as they battle their disease.
Dr. Ragukonis provided generous support to the 2010 OctoberWoman Foundation’s Celebration of Courage Event at Jazz at Lincoln Center on September 23, 2010. “Thank you again for your generous support and in helping us to provide ‘Hope for the Future’ for all.” Proceeds from the evening were donated to Hope & Heroes Children’s Cancer Fund, a non-profit organization supporting Columbia University Medical Center that is dedicated to helping children and their families affected by pediatric cancer.
